The Board of Directors of The Petroleum Trust Company decides to kill a scientist who is about to perfect a formula for turning salt water into gasoline called "Carburex". The scientist discusses the formula with his assistant, Cantinflas, but Cantinflas is only interested in the scientist's formula for preserving the longevity of flowers.
