At the ASHURUM corporation, young psychic Kai Kudou is brought back to life, and assigned to arrest a criminal who has his own psychic powers.

Kai returns to the cathedral to find Leonid investigating the home base. The two find an underground passageway, which may lead them directly there!

While Yuki tries to stop Sherry from stealing Erimiya's will, Erimiya tries to defend himself against Maxim, before Kai appears ... and just in time.

Maria appears at the house to fight Kai, while Eiji travels to Gald to show Erimiya's will to Ghibelline, hoping to form an alliance with him.
