Sean, a sidelined CIA Officer, struggles with depression after his last Ukraine mission. Bored and yearning for action, he learns of a domestic op by Homeland Security that would put him undercover. But when he discovers it's a series of false flag attacks aimed at dismantling the US Constitution, he must act. After diplomacy fails, he resorts to sabotage and, ultimately, violence to stop it.
