Faster Than Fear

For reasons unknown to her colleagues, Detective Sunny Becker returns from 6 weeks on leave and is immediately thrown into the chase for a serial killer fugitive who has escaped from prison.

The hunt for the elusive serial killer, Haffner, gets personal for Becker. He always seems to be one step ahead of her, causing her to suspect there’s a mole on the squad.

Becker’s fear that there’s a mole on the squad grows as she explores a hunch that whoever is helping the killer is also trying to destroy her career.

The leak within the squad is revealed. Meanwhile, Becker risks everything to protect the killer’s illegitimate teenage son from danger as she attempts to lure the elusive killer out of hiding.

With morale at an all time low, the squad makes a last ditch effort to apprehend Haffner for good. Haffner attempts to extort his ex-lover to sustain his life on the lam.

Becker finds out who is trying to sabotage her life and career. Meanwhile, the rest of the squad follows leads to rescue Haffner’s son, but will they fall into the killer’s trap?
