Fear Factor

Players are placed into a large plexiglass coffin with several thousand snakes. The player is bound with shackles at the wrists and ankles. The tank is then flooded with water. The player must then find two sets of keys, which will unlock the shackles. The player with the worst time is eliminated.

Similar to the helicopter belly crawl in season two, the contestant will be seated in the helicopter and on go they crawl out and under the helicopter by grabbing hold of the skids. Along the skid will be a series of flags that the contestant must release while climbing hand over hand.

The contestants will start this game floating in the water. A rope that is attached to a helicopter will be lowered down to them, and they must grab the rope and hang on to it for as long as they can as the helicopter drags them through the water. The contestants that can hold on for the longest amount of time will advance.

The contestant is placed in a specially designed clear bag. They will be placed in handcuffs and the bag will be closed. They will be dropped approximately 10 feet into the water from a crane, as they begin to sink they must free themselves from the handcuffs with a key, open the bag and swim to the surface.

The helicopter picks up contestants by their ankles then flies to multiple areas where they will be dunked for approx. 4 to 5 seconds. During this time the contestant must grab as many flags from the water as they can. The contestants that can grab the most flags after all total dunks will advance.

The contestant will be riding in the back of a truck driving down a pier at approx. 20 mph. A helicopter will fly overhead with a 20-foot ladder hanging from it. The contestant will grab the ladder and the helicopter will separate the contestant from the truck and carry them over the water.

The contestants are standing on the platforms of a 30ft long 10 ft fabricated hand over hand dual monkey bar structure that is suspended under a Bell 212 helicopter approx. 20 feet over the water. The contestants will go head to head and cross from one side to the other and back using the hand over hand monkey bars, the contestants that can do this in the shortest amount of time will advance.

Contestants will start on the roof of the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas approx. 300 feet above the strip. They must shimmy out on a narrow pole shaped in a semi-circle that is protruding out from the building. While shimmying around the 25-foot pole they will retrieve flags along the way until they reach the end of the structure returning them to the top of the building.

Two taxi cabs will each be suspended from their own crane over 70 above the Las Vegas strip. The contestant will be seated in one of the cabs and on go they must climb out of the car window and make their way back to the trunk, releasing flags along the way and then make their way back across the top of the car to the hood.

In this stunt, there will be a boat that is towing three rafts that are spaced approx. 3 feet apart traveling at approx. 20 miles per hour. The child is sitting on the first draft and the parent is sitting on the last raft. The child must unclasp a flag on the raft that they are sitting on and then jump from one raft to the other until they reach their parent's raft.

The male contestant will be connected to a dune buggy by his ankles. The male contestant will then hold one end of a 4 foot knotted rope and the female contestant will hold the other end. The dune buggy will take off at approx. 25mph dragging the contestants behind it.

In this stunt, each contestant will be chained to either side of a platform with the contestant having one key to free them from their chains. The platform will be submerged approx. eight feet into the water. The contestants must then work as a team to free each other and get to the surface.

In this couple's stunt, both partners will hang by their ankles from each end of a 12-foot I-Beam, they will each hold onto one end of a 4 foot knotted rope and be lifted 20 ft over the water. On go, the machine will begin to turn. As it turns faster and faster, the G-force will pull at the couples.

Player A is placed on a dunk tank. In the tank is a mixture of cow parts floating in the water, items include: hoofs, hearts, lungs, livers, brains, and tails. Time starts when Player B pitches the first ball at the target on the tank.

In this stunt, the female contestant will be placed in a cage that is hung from a helicopter and is approx. 20 feet in the air. Below the cage will be a knotted rope approx. 20 feet long. The helicopter will fly over the water at approx. 20 mph.

In this couple's stunt, each contestant will be standing on a 6-inch beam that is suspended high in the air from a crane. The contestants will each be given one end of a rope, and they must work their way across the beam. One contestant must lean out away from the beam to gather the flags, as the other contestant holds the rope and keeps them from falling.

In this couple's stunt, the two contestants are seated in the front of a car. The driver is blind folded and the passenger must navigate for them. The contestants must drive the car and catch up with a low boy semi-truck traveling approx. 30 miles per hour.

The contestant must dive into the water and swim down to a city bus that is submerged. They must open the door of the bus, swim inside and retrieve 4 crash test dummies. Once they have the dummy, they must swim to the surface and bring it to a raft.

The contestant must slide down two cables approximately100 feet long while standing on a small platform. As they make their way down the cables they must collect candy canes that are hanging over-head along the route. The contestants that can collect the most candy canes before falling will advance.

As two Ultra boats travel down the lake side by side approximately four to six feet apart contestant must leap back and forth from the bed of boats transferring as many flags as they can before falling into the water. Whoever can transfer the most flags the fastest will advance.

For these twins stunt the two contestants will be placed on a platform floating in the water. On go, a helicopter will fly to the contestants where they will each grab a skid of the helicopter. The helicopter will then lift them off of the platform and travel forward at approx. 20 miles per hour.

The contestant will exit a helicopter using a cargo net and crawl under the helicopter to a knotted rope, climb down the rope to the bottom, and release a flag and fall to the water. The contestants that do this in the shortest amount of time will advance.

Contestant must shimmy out on a pole protruding twenty feet directly out and under the nose of a 212 helicopter. They must release a flag and then jump into the water stopping the clock. Whoever does this the fastest will win.

In this couple's stunt the contestant will be standing at either end of two large cylinders, approximately 8 feet in diameter and 20 feet long, suspended approximately 20 feet in the air over water. Spread randomly throughout the cylinders, are several 4 feet by 4-foot holes.
