Public prosecutor Peter Haag and the Flemish Police are working with known drug trafficker Jos Segers to set up drug lord Gideon Bas. The plan is hijacked with deadly consequences.

Jara Terwijde, Peter Haag’s daughter who works as a detective in Amsterdam, returns to investigate her father’s death. Rens Segers, the son of Jos, is summoned home to take his father’s place.

Rens offers a deal to Gideon, who accepts on the condition that Rens clears a Spanish drug line for him. Jara transfers to Brabant to investigate her father’s death.

Rens leaves for Spain to set up a new drug line for Gideon. Sev, who is blackmailed by Petra, is desperately looking for money. Jara gets a visit from an unexpected informant.

Rens organizes a drug line from Spain for Gideon, but his family still seeks revenge. Jara shelters her informant, Torre.

Torre points Jara to the location of Gideon's secret XTC lab. Jara is ready for a break-in but so is the Segers family.

Rens increasingly gains Gideon's trust. This takes him to southern Spain to set up another XTC lab. But Rens' family also arrives, with the motive of revenge.
