Flyover Country is a comedy-drama about life in the Midwest. When Todd and Russ, two twenty something college students, meet in an English class, they soon become good friends. However, their friendship is tested once Russ finds out that Todd is openly gay. Soon all of Russ' friends and family begin to believe that Russ is gay too. Can their friendship survive this crisis?
