Maureen McCormick and designer Dan Vickery tackle a couple's 1950 home and want to incorporate its retro feel into the new design. The duo creates a plan to make the home current while preserving its history, but the homeowners may not be on board.

A father and daughter have been restoring their 1955 house for months, but the amount of work has been overwhelming. Maureen and Dan help them find a way to save the beautiful features they love while opening up the layout to make the home more inviting.

Maureen and Dan take on a couple's 1961 home that acts as a time capsule with its period furnishings. The view and hilltop inspire them to create a design plan that honors the homeowner's father while making the couple feel like it's their own house.

A couple buys her grandparents' home and although she wants to update the 1958 property, childhood memories are making it difficult for her to let go. Maureen and Dan help by showing her what can be restored to its former glory and what should be trashed.

When two empty nesters bought a 1957 house, they quickly got to work fixing the outside of the home. Maureen and Dan arrive to help them match the interior to it's fresh exterior, but their plans hit a delay when they discover a renovation complication.

A pair of art collectors love to entertain, but their 1961 home's floor plan doesn't really accommodate it. Maureen and Dan step in to open up and modernize their kitchen, living room and dining area while keeping some of the 1960s charm they love.

A couple loves their 1988 home in El Segundo, California, but it's overdue for a major update. With lots of demo and design decisions involved, Maureen and Dan will have to squeeze every penny out of their budget to bring this home into the 21st century.
