Full Throttle Saloon

The Full Throttle Saloon is kicking everything up a notch for the 2011 Rally, with bigger and better entertainment. But for owner Michael Ballard, the problems are also bigger.

It's the first day of the rally but the Throttle staff is unprepared, and in a panic. Goat goes on a bender after a heated fight with Jesse.

Michael makes a risky move, but Jesse isn't going to take it without a fight. Fajita Liz returns to take over the kitchen, and clashes with new manager Rusty. And one of the wildest bartenders in Throttle history may have finally gone too far.

The Throttle staff starts a manhunt to find a counterfeiter spreading fake bills around the bar. A Flaunt girl's singing debut is a disaster, and Jesse gets the blame. Two members of the Throttle family are headed to the altar, until the groom collapses.

A huge crowd is expected for Ted Nugent, but if the staff doesn't get it together, he may not take the stage. Ambulances race to save one of the Throttle's staff. Angie unleashes her fury on Jesse. And Jerry Springer visits the Throttle.

Michael and Jesse gamble big with the Throttle-Fest music festival. But the huge event quickly becomes a logistical nightmare and Michael and Jesse blame each other for the problems.

Michael tries to shut down Jesse's bridge stunt at the last minute. Bad weather threatens to wipe out the Throttle's most profitable day. And, Angie shocks Michael with an unwelcome surprise.

Jackyl's annual concert is dedicated to the military--and a surprise guest shocks everyone. And despite rain, lightning, and tons of distractions, Jesse risks everything for the show's finale, a dangerous jump off the Throttle's largest bridge.

When Jesse finds out Michael charged at the door for the Jackyl show, he goes ballistic, and threatens to leave the Throttle for good. Also, Rusty's new marriage is already on the rocks.

On the final night of the Rally a fired bartender returns and creates havoc, thousands of dollars in profit go missing, and the Throttle family braces for big changes as Angie and Michael finally take a pregnancy test.
