Gok returns with a timely new show helping women make the most of less, and offering practical alternatives to excessive shopping. In tonight's show, Gok meets Dawn from Penzance.

In Newcastle, Gok gets to the bottom of Ali Kennedy's wardrobe, which is full to bursting with sale bargains that she never wears. Will funny man Alan Carr succumb to a manly makeover as Gok attempts to update his comedy wardrobe in a high-street shopping trip?

Gok meets 33-year-old Lisa, who's obsessed with black clothes, and Calendar Girls star Lynda Bellingham challenges Gok to show her how to look sensational now that she's reached 60.

Gok surprises 43-year-old tomboy biker Tracy with a wardrobe detox on the seafront at Seaford and a lesson in how to buy less, but wear more, before creating her dream wardrobe.

Queen of the hand-me-down Mandy Moore has a wardrobe stuffed full of everyone else's cast-offs from the last 20 years. Can Gok help? Lorraine Kelly gets a lesson in high-street shopping, and Brix - who comes out in a rash if you even say the words 'high' and 'street' in the same sentence - has a score to settle with Gok, who is leading their fashion face-off.

In Exmouth, Gok meets a woman caught in a style time-warp. Anne-Marie James has an attic bursting with clothes from the 1980s, but more than 20 years on she's lost her way on what to wear. Also, Gok hits the high street with Ruby Wax, plus the Rotherham lasses have all the fun of the fair as they put summer macs to the test to find their favourite high street choice in sizes 16-28.

Sam Rees, a 28-year-old sports therapist for Lincoln City football club, is the latest person to undergo a Gok makeover yet - and this could be his most dramatic yet. Ben Shephard leaves the comfort of the GMTV sofas to be styled by Gok, who also has to deal with Brix again in the fashion face-off.

Gok Wan finally meets his match when he has to choose new clothes for Barbara - a woman with the biggest wardrobe he has ever encountered. There's also the last chance to see Gok and Brix go head-to-head on the catwalk.
