It's the Pembrokeshire show and a chance for the public to meet the officers and learn more about what they do, but they get more than they bargained for when a heifer gets loose and needs to be rescued.

It’s new recruit Steff’s fiest Tenby fireman’s carnival and a child goes missing. Meanwhile in Pembroke Dock - thousands of pounds have been stolen from a handbag on a ferry, and the chief meets Prince Charles on his annual visit to Wales.

On the beat is Caldey Island inhabited by monks - the officers go onto the island to check everything’s in order and the chief has to defend his policing of an illegal rave.

In Tenby the hunt is on for a man with a machete but the officers are also tasked with a mercy mission to save an injured seagull.

In Tenby it’s the biggest triathlon in Wales with over 2,000 competitors and the force are on full alert - but a member of the public falls ill and they have to help get him the medical attention he needs.
