In the future, the world is divided into two sectors. The privileged live in Sector One, a world of wealth and prosperity with zero crime; while in Sector Two life is a daily struggle for food, shelter, and violent crimes. A recently promoted cop gets jeopardized when the central computer system pins him for a murder that he didn't commit which sends him back home until he's proven innocent.
