Hell's Kitchen USA

Expectations are high as 16 aspiring chefs arrive at Hell's Kitchen. However, the doors to Hell's Kitchen are locked and Chef Ramsay awaits them all at a mystery location.

Chef Ramsay brings in world-renowned chef Masaharu Morimoto for a demonstration, then challenges the aspiring chefs to recreate his salmon cucumber avocado rolls and tuna nigari to exacting standards.

After a tense elimination, Raj can't help but tell everyone what he thinks of Vinny. Meanwhile, Jillian and Sabrina bash Emily. As the night progresses, the guys focus on getting Raj to work as part of the team.

While the Blue Team feels elated that Chef Ramsay gave Raj the ax in the last elimination, the Red Team becomes more fractured as Melissa and Gail discuss how things are starting to get dirty in this competition.

Although the teams are still divided, they must find a way to work together during the challenge of hosting the Beverly Hills High School prom. The Blue Team wants Boris to step up while the Red Team thinks it's time for Sabrina to go.

As the teams stand before Gordon Ramsay in the morning, they're shocked to see Melissa and Trev forced to switch teams -- a decision that Trev isn't crazy about, but may give Melissa a new chance to succeed.

Sabrina agrees to an attitude adjustment in exchange for a clean slate with her team while Boris vents about his standing with Chef Ramsay.

Rob is relieved to still be around but has a bone to pick with Russell. Meanwhile, the ladies agree that Sabrina's poor attitude will be her downfall.

After a devastating double elimination, Trevor is relieved to be back home with the boys. Meanwhile, the red team couldn't be happier to have the competition back down to the battle of the sexes.

While Chef Ramsay eliminated Rob, Russell is still stewing over Trev nominating him for elimination. Trev tries to mend fences, but the damage is done as both men retire for the night with a grudge between them.

It's a momentous occasion as the newly chosen final six are gifted their new black jackets and excused from elimination. Chef Ramsay encourages Trev to sleep well to which Trevor agrees to do so - with one eye open.

After elimination, Gail feels she's in Chef Ramsay's sights as the next to go and the team also feels she's on thin ice. Trev is right behind her, however, and the remaining three relish the thought of being in the finals.

Jillian and Trev head back to the dorms, relieved to survive another elimination. The next morning, Chef Ramsay divides the final four into two teams and distracts them with a cooking exercise while he prepares the real challenge.

On the heels of a strong dinner performance, Chef Ramsay gives the final four a second chance to prove themselves and surprises them all with visits from their families.

Nona and Russell may have outperformed 14 other chefs but they must now tackle a few more tasks before one is crowned the winner of Hell's Kitchen and the Head Chef of La Market.
