Hell's Kitchen

Welcome To Vegas. Gordon Ramsay coaches another selection of hopefuls, with a job as head chef at his restaurant in Lake Tahoe going to the winner.

Shrimply Spectacular. In their first individual challenge, the chefs are tasked with creating a shrimp dish worthy of opening night. The winner of the challenge receives a punishment pass to skip a future punishment.

Hell Caesar. The day begins with a Caesar salad challenge. As service begins, Olympic gold medallist Apolo Ohno and NFL star Marshall Faulk take the VIP seats, but which team will shine?

Wedding Bells In Hell. The teams prepare a post-wedding brunch for 15 couples, with the winning team getting a trip to Lake Tahoe. When one of the chefs is rushed to the hospital, the teams undergo a shake up.

Hell Toll. Teams are tasked with elevating 4 Mexican food truck dishes. They must corral live animals into pens to pick their proteins. Tensions rise on the blue team and one member walks out of the competition.

Metal And Marina. The Red Team gets to choose a Blue Team member they would like to go head-to-head with on classic Italian dishes. The chefs get a surprise when they host the audience of the Pen & Teller magic show.

Pair Of Aces. The teams compete to see who can identify the proteins in three Surf and Turf dishes the fastest. One team has the best dinner service in Hell's Kitchen history, while the other team falls flat.

Crapping Out in Hell. The chefs watch a balancing-act performance before rolling letter dice to help choose ingredients for their dishes. The winning chefs nominate 2 chefs from each of their teams to cook for their lives.

Blind Taste Test. The nine remaining chefs take on the infamous blind taste test challenge. Later, it's steak night in the Hell's Kitchen dining room and while one team excels, the other can't keep pace.

There's Something About Marc.The 8 remaining chefs cook various types of burgers, finding their additional ingredients in a deck of cards. One team is kicked out for poor service, leaving the other to finish the remaining orders.

Sink Or Swim. Seven chefs play a game to unscramble the letters of key ingredients for the cooking challenge.

There's Magic In Hell? The 6 chefs visit Criss Angel's theater, where the Black Jackets are revealed. They are tasked with recreating Chef Ramsay's fish dish based solely on taste. 2 chefs battle to stay in the competition.

It's Time. The final five chefs compete in the 5 Dome Ingredient Challenge. It's time for the first Black Jacket dinner service, when all the chefs must cook together in the kitchen for the first time.

Snuggling With The Enemy. The remaining 4 chefs get a challenge fit for Vegas, when Gordon surprises them by turning Hell's Kitchen into a club. Each chef gets a turn to run the pass at the second Black Jacket dinner service.

What Happens In Vegas. Chef Ramsay organizes a reunion for the final 3 contestants. The chefs are tasked with cooking their final 5 Course meal. The 2 winning chefs pick their brigades, before heading into the finals.

Hitting The Jackpot. The final 2 chefs compete, for a chance at the life changing grand prize, including a Head Chef position at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe at Harvey's Hotel and Casino and title of s19 winner.
