Still haunted by government corruption that caused economic strife for his family in the 90s Elias holds 4 journalists hostage–demanding they expose the truth.

Elias releases one of the journalist hostages so she can search for evidence supporting his claims. Meanwhile hostage negotiator Jarmo prepares for what appears to be a lengthy hostage situation.

The journalists don’t have enough information to publish Elias’ story so he makes a public appeal to others who suffered from the corruption. Jarmo continues to negotiate with Elias on behalf of the hostages.
