On Friday, February 13, 2015, Steve Fonyo, a onetime national hero was stabbed in a home invasion. After 17 days in a coma and months in hospital, Fonyo returned to the streets of Surrey, B.C. brain damaged. With lingering drug and financial problems, and jail time, this film follows Steve as he tries to change his life.
