Charlie explains to us that image is everything in the hotel business, and if there's anything that tarnishes it, it's a hotel full of hookers and suicides. Tony finds his job on the line when he goes a step too far.

A wealthy Russian student begs Charlie to help her organise a green card wedding at the hotel. Rebecca is made to realise hiding in the hotel isn't going to solve her relationship crisis and her suspicions are aroused about Charlie's background.

Anna has a fatalistic collision with a millionaire American businessman. How far will she go to win over this guest? When Jackie goes on a date, Charlie is also tempted to break the 'strictly no guest/staff relationships' rule.

A raid on the hotel by immigration officers puts Jackie in a terrible dilemma. Charlie takes a stand against an adulterous guest and gets himself into further trouble with Rebecca. His survival at Hotel Babylon is soon left hanging by a thread.

It's the night shift and Rebecca has left Charlie in charge while she escapes for an uncharacteristic romantic break with her husband. Charlie has Anna for company, much to their mutual dissatisfaction.

When 3000 pounds go missing from the room of wealthy guest Lady Patton, stolen by someone using a staff pass, Rebecca comes down hard on the staff. Suddenly everyone is a suspect facing instant dismissal if found guilty.

Rebecca is on the warpath after a damning hotel inspector's report. If Hotel Babylon loses a star, it'll mean losing staff.
