Hotel Impossible

Anthony road trips along one of America's most iconic highways, Route 66, to help three properties. He visits an outdated motel, a former bordello that's a restored inn, and a struggling motor-home park, all in need of his help.

Before Anthony can inspect the 40-room Country Barn Motel in New Hampshire, he calls in help to exterminate bed bugs. The three owners argue and do not want to hear what Anthony has to say.

Anthony visits Orlando, where he discovers that the 350-room Anice Inn and Suites is anything but nice, after finding killer bees, bedbugs, mould and feral cats.

Anthony is in Cedar City, Utah, home of the Shakespeare Festival, to help the struggling Stratford Court Hotel, sitting at the centre of town. With help from the community, Anthony must prevent a Shakespearean tragedy.

Anthony is in Hershey, Pennsylvania, a mecca for thrill riders and chocoholics. But the GM of the struggling Simmons Motel has a more serious addiction, so they hold an intervention to help him see that he's hurting the business and his family.

Anthony is in Niagara Falls, at the 55-room Waldorf Niagara Hotel. The owner's frugality has affected the hotel, from soaked carpets and bed bugs to fire safety issues. Anthony needs to help this hotel before new ones open nearby.

Anthony heads to Panama's beaches to help the struggling 48-room Las Olas Resort. After giving the pool bar and restaurant much-needed facelifts, Anthony needs to improve the hotel enough to get the hotel out of 15 years of debt.

Anthony is in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the 24-room, pet-friendly Sea Shell Motel. Despite being steps away from the boardwalk and beautiful beach, the business is failing and they have terrible online reviews.

Anthony visits the Capital Plaza Hotel in Frankfort, Kentucky, oversized and on the brink of imploding. Employee morale, maintenance issues and top-heavy leadership come to a head when he finds pans of water dangerously left in the ceiling.

Anthony is in historic Galena, Illinois, where the Grant Hills Motel is stuck in the past. When the owner and her sister refuse to work together, Anthony resorts to bringing a therapist in to get the sisters communicating again.

Anthony is in Myrtle Beach at the Lancer Motel, and he doesn't believe in the owner's son who's hoping to run the business. After putting employees at risk of a bed bug infestation, Anthony must trust the new regime.

Anthony heads to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, home of Smoky Mountain National Park, to help the 120-room Brookside Resort - home to inexperienced managers, horrid online reviews and pink underwear found under a mattress.

Anthony is in Maine helping the historic 33-room Charles Inn. When the owner's ex-boyfriend creates a volatile work environment, Anthony needs to defuse the situation before the hotel ends up like their rocky relationship.
