Huggabug Club

The Buggsters learn their numbers and alphabet by singing "Counting in the Car" and "Alphabet Rap." They also explore basic reading skills while they sing and dance.

Jose's cousin Carlos, who lives in Mexico, is about to celebrate his 7th birthday. The Buggsters make a giant birthday card to mail to him. Cassidy the computer takes the Buggsters on a journey through the U.S. Postal Service 'all the way to Carlos' mailbox in Mexico! The Buggsters also get a lesson in geography.

The Buggsters learn how useful it is to ask questions. They become junior detectives as they solve a mystery inside the clubhouse. They strengthen their problem solving skills by asking "who, what, why, where, when and how."

The Buggsters are responsible for the planning and follow-through of their annual clubhouse dance-a-thon party. They learn the value of teamwork and organization as they must work closely together to finish the project. When parents and friends arrive at the clubhouse for the party, the positive results of their combined efforts shine - and the good times begin!

Sally is scared to visit the doctor and get her immunizations, so the Buggsters go with her to lend support. They learn what to expect at a check-up, and the importance of staying healthy.

After playing on the Huggabug Fire Truck, the Buggsters explore fire safety by singing "Where There's Smoke There's Fire" and "The 911 Song." The Buggsters are magically transported to a real fire station where they meet fire fighters, slide down the pole and ride on the fire truck!

The Buggsters learn about good grooming habits —brushing their teeth and washing their hands and faces. Lovey-Dovey takes a "Bubbly Bird Bath" and the Buggsters discover a fun way to put toys away as they "Get Neat to the Beat."

Each Buggster puts a toy in the "helping box" to be donated to underprivileged children. The Buggsters also plant a "helping garden" to help feed those in need. Cassidy the computer shows how animals can be helpers,too, as she introduces the Buggsters to Shadow, a dog who helps a 6-year-old boy with cerebral palsy.

The Buggsters visit Santa at the North Pole to learn that Christmas is about giving gifts, love and cheer. Spencer wants something special very much. He learns that miracles do happen at Christmas.

The Buggsters explore their imaginations and strengthen their creative thinking as they sing and dance to "No More Monsters" and "Teddy Bear Tea Party." They transform themselves into flying bats and polka-dotted cats with their imaginations.

Children gain an appreciation for all kinds of music, as the Huggabug Club introduces different music styles from classical to rhythm and blues, country, to rock and roll. Sing along with Uncle Huggabug to "I'm a Good Old Country Bug" and learn to rap to "Talkin' to the Beat".

The Buggsters explore their families' heritages with traditional songs, dances and languages. They learn that our differences in culture, language and traditions are just some of the qualities that make each person special.

The Buggsters are magically transported to a Native American village where they meet a chief and tribal mother. They are invited to eat fry bread and drink sofki. They sing and dance with Native American children and learn about their special traditions and beautiful culture.

The Buggsters magically become space travelers as they "Hip-Hop" on the moon and "Rock it Out" in rocket ships. After visiting other planets, the Buggsters learn why earth is the perfect planet —and how they can help keep it that way. Special footage is provided by NASA.

Grace is sad because she misses her good friend who is away for a few weeks. The Huggabug gang shows Grace that when you miss someone, remembering good times brings that person closer to you. The Buggsters collectively re-live some of the most memorable times and adventures of "The Huggabug Club".

Each Buggster brings a toy reptile the Huggabug Club, and the toys are magically brought to life! Snakes and turtles and iguanas, oh my! Through song and dance, the Buggsters learn about these exotic creatures.

The Banyan tree turns into a laboratory, as the Buggsters execute exciting experiments using magnets, water and balloons. Huggabug magic takes the Buggsters to one of the largest science museums of the southeastern United States, Tampa's Museum of Science and Industry for an afternoon of extraordinary exploration and discovery.

It's Huggabug Club Charades. Each Buggster acts out an educational song from the Huggabug Club. Once the Buggsters guess which song it is - €"they all join in!

Kelly arrives at the clubhouse with an iguana on her head! The Buggsters learn about respecting animals and their habitats. A special guest from Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo brings some interesting animals to the club -- some that make good pets and others that definitely don't.

Sally's parents are getting divorced. She learns that she is not to blame, and whether her parents live together or apart, they love her just the same. The Buggsters explore different family relationships and learn that the most important thing is love.

A new Buggster joins the club —Willie. Willie is in a wheelchair, and the Buggsters are concerned that he won't be able to play with them. They soon find out that Willie can do many of the same things they can do, he just does them in his own way.
