Ice Fishing Hardcore

Josh, Lava, and friends head to remote Ross Lake (North Maine Woods) near the Canadian border to hunt whitefish and some of the blackest togue you can find. Then it's off to Montana to meet up with new friend Troy and his buds looking for something big on Fort Peck. This place has more shoreline than the state of California's coast! The machines everyone brought are put to good use.

Ice Fishing Hardcore checks in on Fort Peck and Ross Lake, then it's off to Pennsylvania to meet up with Jason Britton and friends to catch some panfish. Josh has never ice fished in Pennsylvania before and wanted to see "what's up". The Pumpkinseeds were beautiful.

Windy, cold, and lots of under crust slush to deal with in Maine to get to the fish, while beautiful weather on Lake Champlain (Vermont side) pulling in the northern pike by the dozens. The conditions are so good in Vermont, Josh takes his Lexus out over a mile on the ice to tend his traps. Montana before we go.

Ahh, a lamprey! Figures Lava would get the first lamprey ever on the show and it's still attached to the northern pike too. The fish just keep coming for Josh and friends in Vermont. Then it's back to Ross Lake where Lava gets the first keeper whitefish and everyone shares in the tough fishing conditions.

Josh travels to Lake Ontario, New York to hunt walleye with Jon Spencer and friends. The ice is sketchy and must be checked constantly when moving around, but they find the big fish. Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire and a beautiful morning before the wind kicks up, and a farewell to Pennsylvania.

Final day on Lake Winnipesaukee and we say goodbye to our new friends from New York and Montana. But before we leave Fort Peck, Justin Osborne shows us a beautiful walleye. We hope you have enjoyed the season.
