Balbir's younger brother, Vivek, is in love with Nisha, the daughter of Ranjit a wealthy tycoon who wants to demolish an ashram that Balbir and Anwar have been helping. They are thrown in jail. Balbir kills Ranjit for destroying the Ashram and Vivek is framed for Nisha's mother's murder.
