The Baize Lake Incident in China claimed more than 20 Taiwanese lives, the Chinese authorities tried to cover up the incident which caused anger in Taiwan, which forced the President Li to suspend cross-Strait exchanges. BTV reporter Su Wan-chen met the mysterious Chen Ching-tang, who somehow has the ability to influence everyone around him when she volunteering to investigate a gang dispute.
