It's Complicated

Today we meet Ipeleng. A woman who thinks she has it all. A good boyfriend, great friends, a wonderful job and house. All her Vision Board dreams are being realized. All that has to happen now is to get her man to propose. In this the first episode we meet all our characters as they deal with their struggles of love, life and everything else.

Ipeleng, after throwing Thato out begins a new plan to get her man back. Thato goes to live with Vumani which creates tension from the very first moment. Caught in the middle are Thabang and Mandisa who try very hard to not get wrapped up in the mess created by Ipeleng and Thato. Eventually Ipeleng abandons her plan and goes in search of Thato to confront him and bring him back home.

Ipeleng, revises her plan to get Thato back and goes in search of Ntando who has stolen her man from her. Thabang's life is rocked by some bad news, and he decides to keep it from Mandisa. And Matli struggles with her past life. Vumani in the meantime does some real damage.

Ipeleng ramps up her plan to win back her man, after her confrontation with her nemesis, Ntando. Thabang continues to lie about his day job but instead of telling the truth he decides to confront Mandisa about her infidelity. Vumani meanwhile has his surgery and Thato moves into his new place. When Thato decides to introduce Nando to his mother a situation arises, he never could have anticipated.

Now that Ipeleng has her man back she tries her hardest to keep him from straying back to Ntandokazi. Vumani is recovering from his knee surgery and Mme Moruti digs hers claws deeper into Thabang's life.

Thato has to decide what he wants to do with his life. Does he choose Ipeleng or Ntando? Vumani begins a new chapter in his life as he footballs career could be over. Thabang finds a way to come clean about his job with Mr Hills. And a stranger turns up for therapy with Mandisa and he looks oddly familiar to her.

That has left Ipeleng but what are his intentions with Ntandokazi. His friends try to steer him awry to no avail. Thabang takes the job that Mme Moriti set up and his worries are only just beginning. Ipeleng takes an unexpected course of action.

In the aftermath of Thato proposing to Ntanokazi. Mandisa and Thabang try to come clean about the troubles in their lives with disastrous results. Ipeleng's life takes an unexpected turn. Nthandokazi and Thato begin their new journey with an announcement that further throws fuel on Ipeleng's fire.

Thato finds out that Nando has been keeping things from him and that she wants to get married without getting the families involved. Something which goes against everything Thato believes in. Thabang continues to evade Mme Moriti but things finally come to a head. Ipeleng and Vumani continue their fling, in secret.

Thato and Nthando continue down the rocky path towards with their marriage plans. Mandisa and Thabang are further estranged by Thabang's inability to tell the truth. The arrangements between Vumani and Ipeleng are put on hold while Mandisa is staying with Ipeleng. Ipeleng receives a surprise visitor.

Ipelng decides not to tell the father of the baby that she is pregnant, but who is the father? Mandisa and Thabang finally get to sit down and try and work out what t do with their respective selves. Vumani is left out in the cold as Ipeleng shuns him. Thato discovers that his bachelor party is also a hen party and there is a surprise invited guest.

It's the night before Thato and Nthando's wedding. Things are heated post the announcement of Ipeleng's pregnancy. Will the wedding actually go ahead?
