Vishu and Ramu are the twin sons of a restaurant owner named Nachiappan in Los Angeles. Vishu falls in love with a woman named Madhumitha who has come to LA with her grandmother Lakshmi for her operation. When Nachiappan declares that he would marry his sons to twin girls only, Lakshmi fibs that Madhumitha too has a twin sister.
