Karnan

The unmarried princess Kunti is seen taking away a small coffin with a baby boy. Kunti could invoke a mantra and be blessed with a child from any male god of her choice. When she tested it playfully, she was blessed by the Sun with the baby, which she abandons in the Ganges to avoid embarrassment. The baby is rescued and adopted by royal charioteer Adhirathan, and later named Karnan.
