Kalyan (Ravi Teja) is an adrenaline junkie in a quest for kicks. After break up, his girlfriend Naina (Ileana) gets engaged to a cop Kalyan Krishna (Shaam) who is on the look out for a notorious robber. Naina gets the shock of her life, when she finds out that the robber is none other than Kalyan. The rest of Kick is about what Kalyan does and if he wins Naina back.
