The demented Sister Gertrude, the head nurse at a general hospital, succumbs to morphine addiction and psychotic madness while presiding over a chaotic regime of horrific cruelty, death, depravity and torture. As she falls deeper into madness her erratic behavior endangers the life of both the hospital staff and patients. Her regime of death has begun!
