Based upon true events, Fentanyl (aka 'King Ivory') is trafficked from state prison gangs. Layne West, a policeman in Oklahoma, is on the hunt for the 777 Cartel and their current leader Ramon. The case becomes even more personal when West’s teenage son, Jack, starts taking fentanyl, which has devastating effects on those closest to him.
