Buddy Valastro cooks up some of his family favorite dishes featuring vegetables fresh from the farmers market. He makes cavatappi with roasted cauliflower and tomatoes, creamy whole wheat vegetable lasagna and an ice cream parfait with warm berry sauce.

Buddy Valastro relies on his brother-in-law, Joey, for some extra muscle to help whip up a decadent menu that includes beef and mushroom risotto, a green salad with apples and Parmesan crisps and a dessert rugelach just like they make at the bakery.

Everyone in Buddy Valastro's family has a specialty, and his sisters share theirs. Madeline makes Champagne Mussels and Linguine, Mary makes Beef Tenderloin, Lisa makes Mashed Potatoes with Prosciutto, and Grace makes Mocha Sauce for Carlo's biscotti.

Buddy Valastro cooks up his seaside favorites for his two favorite Frankies -- his uncle and cousin. On the menu is blue fish with garlic, onion and tomatoes, linguine and clams, sea robin soup with orzo and a dreamy strawberry shortcake.
