In this Italian adaptation of D. H. Lawrence's controversial novel, Malu portrays the eponymous character who is observed looking back on the events of her notorious past. After an injury at war leaves her husband paralyzed and impotent, Lady Chatterley finds herself torn between her marital vows and her physical desires. With his consent, she seeks out other means to fulfill her sexual needs.
