Lidia Bastianich travels across the United States, meeting the chefs, farmers and entrepreneurs who are working to change the way Americans think about food. Having grown up in a community where food was scarce, Lidia encourages ingenuity and resourcefulness in her cooking. She asks us to consider what we eat, and to be mindful of the resources it takes to grow, transport and package food.
