Sarah and her daughter, River, work together to solve a puzzle map of ABC's! They must stack the pieces, A to Z, in alphabetical order, and follow the map to a secret mailbox in the forest. Once they arrive at the mailbox, they must use their navigation skills to locate their new forest friends at their new home, and help them finish building it.

Sarah and her daughter, River, find all of the ingredients that they need to make delicious, homemade ice cream! They also gather wild raspberries with their friends, Fox and Wolf, to add as a topping. River makes sure to show our friends how to count to 100, so that they know exactly how many raspberries they all picked together, and they learn great teamwork skills along the way

Sarah and her daughter, River, learn to count to ten using materials that are found out in nature. Each of the natural materials is hidden in the dirt, and River has to seek and find each one, and match them with their correlating number symbols, which are also called numerals. Learning numbers is so much fun!

Sarah and her daughter, River, learn to follow a recipe, and cook a wild raspberry pie together from scratch. They use gluten free flour, and natural, organic ingredients, along with wild berries that they forage themselves from the land. They learn how to measure the ingredients, scoop, mix, and bake. And of course, they learn to share with their friends, because life is better that way.

Sarah and her daughter, River, rearrange letters and numbers to solve a missing word puzzle. The puzzle leads them to a volcano eruption experiment! They learn about volcanos and go hiking near Mount Saint Helens, which is an active volcano that last erupted in 1980. They also visit a special volcanic lake, June Lake, in Washington state, in hopes of finding their forest friends, Fox and Wolf.

6. Sink or Float Water Density Experiment
Sarah and her daughter, River, do a sink and float experiment with pumice stones, as well as various other materials. They learn that pumice is made from erupted volcano lava, and that objects can be less or more dense than water. Each item's density is what determines whether they sink or float. They also use their creativity to help Fox and Wolf build a raft with sticks!
