Young doctor, Leana Alson has recently earned her PhD. Her most troubled patient, Matt, who has a severe case of BPD, catches her off guard with his aggressive behavior. Dr. Alson begins to suspect that she is in a very vulnerable situation when working with Matt. Eventually, she starts doubting her own judgement. Later, it becomes unclear who is the culprit and who is the victim.
