One day, Nanashi meets a woman named Minami, who is searching for her missing boyfriend. Sensing the presence of a demon, Nanashi, along with her junior Miko and others, enters the mountain where Minami's boyfriend disappeared. This mountain, shrouded in the legend of 'kamikakushi', is inhabited by people searching for their missing family members, just like Minami.
