Yandy and Mendeecees invite four other couples on a retreat to work on their relationships. But when Yandy surprises the group by bringing her friend and life coach AJ Johnson along for the ride, a fun little getaway becomes too intense!

After Ray J storms out of the Stuck exercise, the stage is set for an explosive confrontation with AJ Johnson. And if the couples thought that things got a little too real on day one, then they have no idea what awaits them inside the Ring of Fire!

After the disastrous Ring of Fire exercise, the men and women meet separately with two very different experts. Yandy and Mendeecees struggle with the things left unsaid in their relationship, while Princess and Ray J find some common ground.

Yandy brings a psychic medium to brunch, who reveals that Rada has been keeping a secret. AJ meets with Raymond for some one-on-one bedroom advice. And after a day of tears and intense emotion, Michael has to perform a comedy show for the group.

Raymond and Deelishis' relationship comes to a head when she confronts him about their lack of passion. The ladies treat the men to a pamper party, but Princess and Ray J use it as an opportunity to confront each other about their suspicions.

The couples sit down with AJ to renegotiate the terms of their relationships. The tension between Ray J and Princess finally explodes in a vicious confrontation. Everyone meets up for a farewell dinner where Michael shares some much-needed good news.
