New city, new house, new drama. Half the house is boo'd up, but a wild and crazy first night out in St. Petersburg looks to change all that.

Candace is upset about picking bedrooms and lashes out at Nilsa and Aimee. The roommates come together to throw Aimee an anger management graduation party, and one of them is taken away in an ambulance.

After fighting with Codi, Candace invites him to lunch to work out their relationship. Kortni returns from the hospital and loses it on the roommates when they're too loud. Gus girlfriend becomes a topic of conversation in the house.

The roommates try to protect Codi while calming an enraged Gus. Aimee can't help but think the worst when Dillon doesn't pick up his phone. Jeremiah invites a girl over for a Sunday Funday, as Gus struggles to maintain his long-distance relationship.

After his breakup call with Lisa, Gus wastes no time getting back in the game and bringing girls over to the beach house. Nilsa and the other roommates try to figure out how to release Kortni from her tonsil demons.

Gus's recent breakup leaves his and Nilsa's status unclear. Things get complicated when Nilsa brings a new guy home from the bar and Gus gets jealous. When Jeremiah tries to diffuse the situation, he finds himself smack in the middle of drama.

The roommates witness the epic bromance breakdown between Jeremiah and Gus. The ladies try to separate themselves from the drama, but end up deep in their own. Gus sets his sites on Jeremiah's girl.

Nilsa is attracted to a girl that Jeremiah brings home from the bar. The housemates attend the St. Pete Pride Festival, where they meet up with Gus's old friend Mattie, with whom Jeremiah unexpectedly strikes up a friendship.

The roommates rally around Aimee as she prepares for her upcoming court date in PCB. Mattie decides to stay at the beach house for a bit longer. A friendly game of dodgeball turns ugly when Gus and Jeremiah come to blows at dinner.

Codi invites all of the roommates to his parents' house with the hope of squashing a beef between Gus and Jeremiah. Nilsa heads to Nashville to get closure over the death of a friend and deepens her friendships with Mattie, Aimee and Candace.

Nilsa and the girls head out to South Carolina to meet up with the guys. Mattie makes a big decision. Jeremiah, Gus and Candace's parents arrive in South Carolina and when the Kookapoo starts flowing, everything goes off the rails.

Jeremiah & Mattie take their relationship to the next level. The roommates discover that propane, matches & the 4th of July aren't a good mix. Kortni returns to the house with her past following. An innocent night out turns into jail time.

Nilsa gets arrested, and the roommates must bail her out. Kortni realizes she may not be ready to stay for the rest of the summer. Mattie takes Aimee for a special waxing before Aimee's boyfriend comes to visit.

Jeremiah's lack of communication frustrates everyone and drives Mattie away. A casual card game leads to an epic baby birding. Jeremiah tells the roommates that his brother Josh is coming for a visit, and no one is pleased by the news.

When Jeremiah's brother Josh arrives, it threatens to disrupt the rest of the summer. Codi buys some flowers for Candace, and the roommates confront him about his real feelings for her. Jeremiah and Mattie are not on the same page about their future.

After an intense night out, the roommates try to pick up the pieces and work out their unresolved relationship issues before saying goodbye for the summer. Gus and Nilsa get wild with some whipped cream and consider taking things to the next level.
