Mahima Shanidev Ki

The story is based in Ujjain where the subjects of that state are ardent worshippers of lord shani. Subsequently Chandragupta Vikramaditya enters the state, the subjects think of him as prude and arrogant however he wins over their hearts by his just and righteous endeavors. His wife however, is taken aback with immense worry encompassing the responsibilities that come along with such power.

Shani Dev warns Vikramaditya that his pride could be his downfall. He says that he always does justice and Vikramaditya will come to know in the future. Acharya Varahmihir requests to postpone the Mahakaal jyotirlinga's puja but arrogant Vikramaditya rejects it. Queen Madanlekha becomes terrified to see a frightening dream about a black horse running around her and Vikramaditya is wounded.

Vikramaditya wishes to purchase the rogue horse but the horse merchant refuses to sell under the pretext that the horse chooses its owner. Vikramadityas commander in chief tries to gain control over the horse but fails, Vikramaditya however succeeds.

The merchant demands the commander in chief to pay him the price of the horse as promised, however he refuses saying he can only pay him once the king returns. The merchant eventually convinces the commander to pay him. Overtaken by worry the queen and Acharya rush to the merchants stable and discover that the king is missing and the commander along with the merchant have left for the palace.

The people of the kingdom protest at the palace seeking information about their king. The minister assures them that the king is safe but acknowledges he does not know where the king is. He asks the people to pray for his safe return. The official spiritual leader of the kingdom comes across a book with sacred chants that will please Lord Shani. They approach the queen to ask her to chant them.

King Vikramaditya had reached a village but it was not the same village where he resides. The villagers thought of him as a mad person who entered their village and started throwing stones at him. When villagers asked him about his identity, he told them the truth about being the king but the villagers didn't believe him.

King Vikramaditya was wandering in the village and saw his reflection in the river. He realized that it would be difficult to convince people of his real identity by the condition he was in. He decided to seek help from the ruling King of the village and thought of convincing him by showing the royal finger ring which he had, such finger rings would belong only to kings.

Lord Shani visits the wood seller to buy wood as an excuse and the wood seller tells him that his whole lot of wood was sold out and he didn't have anything left. Lord Shani asked him about the person whose face he must have seen in the dawn that brought goodwill to him. Wood seller thinks about it and realizes that he saw a mad person in the break of the dawn and decides to look for him.

King Vikramaditya ascends towards King Chandrasen's palace in his injured condition and when he reaches the palace, the soldiers misapprehend him to be a thief and ask for his identity. But before he could answer, lord Shani in disguise of an ordinary person interrupts and starts answering on behalf of King Vikramaditya.

King Vikramaditya goes to the woods to collect some wood and there he meets a poor man in a very injured condition. He helped him and curiously asked him about the reason for his such condition. He honestly answered and claimed that king Chandrasen's soldiers were behind him. Soon King Vikramaditya was spotted by the soldiers while helping the poor man.

King Vikramaditya started worrying about Ujjayini kingdom even in the Dream. He gets up and goes for Ujjayini without any thought. in the disguise of an ordinary person, Lord Shani stops him and told him, how can run away without paying 30 Gold coin. King Vikramaditya answered I will give 30,000 Gold coin to Hariya by reaching Ujjaini. Shanidev told him, This gold belongs to your Kingdom.

King Vikramaditya had started dreaming about his kingdom and was very much concerned about it. He decided to head back to his kingdom and started to ascend. But lord Shani in the disguise of an ordinary man stoped him and explained him that he cannot return without repaying the wood sellers debt and convinced him to stay back. At dawn he hears an announcement of King Chandrasen

King Vikramaditya was upset with King Chandrasen and tried to attack on him but before he could, Lord Shani in the disguise of an ordinary man stopped him and explained to him that fighting alone with so many soldiers around would be foolish and he could be killed. He convinced him to act wisely. On the other hand, Saint Rudrant requested queen to return to her kingdom and continue praying.

Queen Madanlekha was stuck between the soldiers but lord Shani saved her at the right time. She took Sage Rudrant's permission to head back to her kingdom Ujjain, which he approved off. But while heading back, she was again surrounded by the same soldiers and this time the minister of Ujjaini showed up. Queen was relieved to see him and ordered him to arrest the soldiers.

Queen was under the arrest of Ujjaini's minister Karang but she was fearless, she threatened him by giving him the idea of things King Vikramaditya would do to him if he found out about her such situation. They lie to her by saying that king Vikramaditya was already dead but queen didn't trust them. On the other hand, revenge was in king Vikramadiya's mind as he approached King's palace.

After successfully entering Chandrasen's palace, king Vikramaditya tries to find out the talks of him, Chandrasen received a message from one of his detectives about Vikramaditya's death which was upsetting for him. Vikramaditya wanted to kill him but controlled himself because he was unarmed and returned to wood seller's house.

The enemies had changed their location before Ujjaini's soldiers could reach the queen. Acharya was worried about king Vikramaditya and Ujjaini to which Vikramaditya's daughter Manjhiri suggested that her uncle could handle the whole situation if given a chance. At the same time, Chandrasen's soldiers were in search of an unknown person who broke into his palace.

King Vikramaditya's uncle visits Ujjain palace and consults the important members and ministers to conclude Aditya Vardhan, son of King Vikramaditya to be the next king. The queen had had a nightmare where she saw king Vikramaditya marrying someone else. She beings to worship lord Shani as soon as she is awake.

Queen was worshipping lord Shani but she didn't have food for the offering. One of the soldiers offered his meal to her but it was not exactly the same that usually was put into the offering. She was upset by thinking that her prayers would remain incomplete because of the shortage of food. This is when lord Shani in the disguise of a saint visited her and asked her to provide some food.

One of the soldiers helped her and took her by a river, he even asked her to escape which she did. King Vikramaditya was out with the wood seller Hariya and Shani Dev's changed form Dayaram going somewhere on a chariot. And that is when the queen happens to faint right in front of King Vikramaditya's chariot. Will he be able to recognize her?

She proceeded to ascend as the soldiers were chasing her but those soldiers were caught by King Chandrasen's soldiers before they could reach the queen. Whilst this, King Vikramaditya's uncle Kaka Maharaj had already announced the coronation ceremony of Vikramaditya's son, Adityawardhan to take place before the full moon.

King Vikramaditya continued his journey with the wood seller and another person named Dayaram, who was Lord Shani in the disguise of a common man. Dayaram asked the wood seller to stop by and rest for a while which he agreed to. They had unknowingly stopped by Lord Shani's temple and wood seller and Dayaram were very happy to spot it but Vikramaditya didn't seem excited.

Queen sat under a tree as she was tired of running from Karang's soldiers and there she met a family who had lost their everything because they failed to pay their debt to King Chandrasen and now they would starve to death. Queen tried to comfort them by asking them to not lose hope and have faith in Lord Shani. Karang's soldiers threw Adityawardhan's body in the ditch.

Queen has followers under the same tree. She servers them with food and water. There is plot being developed in the palace where the your prince is being poisoned.
