Distortions dives into the Halloween season with orders for two of the nation's most popular haunted house attractions during the same week. Additionally, they must fill a fifty-three foot truck with props for Morris Costumes.

Distortions hires an army of sculptors to work around the clock to create an entire new line of shocktronics for the retail market to debut at the Houston Halloween and Party Expo in Texas.

The important Transworld Trade Show event is creeping up quickly and the Distortions team creates Hell's Rider, a Grim Reaper character with a motorcycle, and brings back the huge Black Widow for her second debut.

Distortion's must create a giant spitting centipede for one of the top haunted houses in the nation, Netherworld in Atlanta. But that's not the only challenge. Ed dares Jordu to face him in a monster sculpt-off.

Nightmares Live in Hawaii wants a giant Evil Tiki Statue to greet people at their haunted maze. Meanwhile, Distortion's helps a local historian by creating 4 large puppets for the book series "Popo the Hawaiian Surf Dog."

Distortions creates two three-headed "Dino Pods" for a traveling attraction, while Mike repurposes the Zombie Gusher for one of the scariest home haunts in the country. And Morris Costumes needs 4,000 monsters ASAP.

The Distortions team pairs up with Microsoft Kinect to create an enormous Demon and Demon Dogs to act as an interactive entrance for The 13th Floor haunted house, in Denver.

The USS Nightmare needs an eerie "sea creature" mask for a spooky scare for its riverfront attraction; Distortions also turns an entire high school marching band into zombies.

Distortions has made some very impressive monsters, but when TV & film legend Dick Van Dyke orders a huge scare for his Malibu home, the team turns to new technology to get it just perfect for the Hollywood Halloween fanatic.

Distortions takes on their biggest challenge yet, a 25-foot talking skeleton that takes haunters "to their deaths" at Creepywoods Haunted Forest in Maryland & a totally new take on the classic Bigfoot monster for Morris Costumes.
