The movie is about the mother and daughter-in-law dispute which is portrayed beautifully by director Atul Kale along with Sudesh V. Manjerekar. Vishal (Ankush Chaudhari), who is from a brahmin family, gets married to Pooja (Madhura Velankar), a girl from a Maratha family. Due to Vishal's mother's insecurities, a feud soon begins between Vishal's mother and Pooja.
