Danielle is forced to return home to the Big Island after eight years because of a demand by her employer. Danielle now must face the painful secrets of past decisions while trying to help her family and friends transition into a new way of life because her boss has bought the hotel and half the town.

Danielle, facing relentless questions from her family and friends about the mysteries of the past, tries distance herself emotionally. She is reacquainted with a very dear friend which triggers deeper emotions from the past.

Danielle's family and close friends work out a plan to confront her with the facts so that the truth can finally come out.

Danielle begins to discover facts about her family and the hotel that are hard to reconcile. Some of her friends have some serious questions about the facts while others show unwavering support. Danielle tries to face the truth and determines what really matters.

Roxy attempts to explain the events from the past few days. The group meets to look at the facts and determine a plan of action. Danielle sets up a public secret meeting and someone finally shows up in Hawaii.

In Season Ones exciting conclusion Danielle discovers the reasons behind the notes and the death of her parents but there is no evidence that would lead to conviction. She realizes that she will have to force a face to face confrontation to get a confession.
