You've all Met the McMillans...well now it's time for the all new MCMILLAN. Catch up with Tom McMillan at the ranch to see what has been going on since season 2. Yes there has been a name change for the show, but don't worry, this new name will only bring on more of the same. What does an outfitter, guide, rancher, farmer do in the off season? The first client Tom has in at McMillan Outfitting, Inc. this year is a good friend and sponsor from PEAK Auto, Bryan Emrich. Things are going well until another friend swings into camp in only the flash and flare that Clint Bowyer can bring. This first hunt will be good practice for Tom. If he can survive these two - the rest of the season should be a cake walk.

Follow Tom as he takes matters into his own hands to film himself shooting a great Kansas buck, with his bow, from the ground. With all of the camera crew in the woods and with hunting clients, Tom attempts the ultimate selfie for a deer hunter.

As only Kansas hunting can do - extreme weather conditions greet some repeat clients of Tom's. It's going to be a brutally cold week in camp for these fair weather, Louisiana hunters. Tom reassures his camp that subzero temps in early November will get the big bucks on their feet! Ya win some, ya lose some.

A corporate hunt in mid November is never a bad thing. The volatility of this strange whitetail rut still has a death grip on camp. Follow Tom and this group of bowhunters as they realize that sometimes you have to get creative. From mid-day sits to spot-n-stalks proves that if you work hard enough, you just might get some good luck dealt to you.

The long awaited, hunt of a lifetime, for one client proves to be worth the wait. For being the toughest rut in recent memory, Tom is reminded why he loves his job. Who's happier, Tom or the client? The client - definitely and without a doubt, the client.

It has been a long, tough season. Terrible weather, deer that don't cooperate, bad luck, misses and mishaps. That is why Tom saved the best for last. Follow Tom's last group of rifle hunters that close out the deer season and watch as one brute of a buck nicknamed Hockey Stick is taken by Graig Hale of Sportsman Channel.
