The Board of Directors decides to undermine the share price in order to buy the TV company cheaply. They want to hire a new CEO to produce horrible films and series. The right person is found...at a gas station.

Vlad Polyakov, a new CEO, sets his own rules at TSV channel. He performs an audition and chooses actors.

Masha talks to Valery about the new series. After the long search Vlad manages to find the right candidate for the role, but Sveta asks to approve her friend. Igor insists that the team needs a big star.

After the series presentation, the share price goes down, Terekhin is happy that everything goes according to the plan. Vlad's wife tries to get relations back on track. The invited star comes to the film shoot, Sveta and Arina has a conflict.

Vlad wants to get rid of his wife. The driver advises Vlad that the best way to do it is to have an affair. The investors uncover Terekhin's plot and try their best to make the outstanding series.

Igor checks into a hospital, the team has a new director. He intends to do a masterpiece, improves the acting and montage. Simonov finds out the investors know everything...

Masha helps Simonov to make the bad series. It works out, as Vlad can't persuade Zhmykh to start the film shoot. Vlad gathers the team to support Igor.

Vlad tells his employees about the plan of the upper management. The only option for the team is to make a hit, so other channels want to work with them after. The cast goes to acting classes, while Igor explains Vlad how to shoot a blockbuster.

Valera is kidnapped. The condition to set him free is to reshoot the series. Masha and Igor work out the life saving plan. Simonov appoints Vlad to make the marketing campaign. Will the premiere happen?
