Men And Turtles, A journey across the Indian Ocean
While there is no doubt that conservation of wildlife is important, it is equally significant to note that several communities earn a living by selling several of endangered species. This film travels across Madagascar, the Comoro Islands, South Africa, Seychelles, and Réunion and shows the clash between the need to protect turtles and the dependence of poor families on the species for money.
