Misha the Purple Cat

Today is Misha's mother's birthday, and Dad has planned a surprise party for her. Howie and Misha are in the garden blowing up balloons, for the event. Charlie is in charge of gathering the balloons together, but, then he suddenly disappears. Where did he go? It turns out that the balloons have lifted him up in the air and he's stuck in a treetop.

Misha and her friends are at Larry's house, having a hot chocolate snack and joking around. Accidentally, they spill chocolate on one of Larry's mother's dresses that was lying nearby. It's not just any old dress; she had set it out to wear to an important event that evening. Before admitting to her what happened, the kids try to clean up the dress.

Howie has just invented a machine that makes soap bubbles. Misha and Larry are delighted and play with it all afternoon, to the dismay of the neighbors. The mayor is alerted, takes the machine away from the kids and locks it away in City Hall. What he doesn't realize is that nobody turned off the machine so now the entire area is threatened by relentless waves of bubbles.

As he is skateboarding, Larry's board hits something in its path and just about makes him fall when, miraculously, he does six flips and lands safely. It's an amazing feat and word about it spreads like wildfire on the Internet. Suddenly he's so famous that he's invited to a skateboard competition. The problem is, Larry really doesn't know how to do flips on a skateboard.

It is Charley's birthday and he's asked for a fire engine. Misha and Dad go out to buy it for him, but on the way home on the bus, the birthday package accidentally gets mixed up with one that another passenger is carrying, so it turns out that Charley's present is a new iron. Needless to say, all efforts are made to remedy the situation and get the right packages in the right hands.

All indications are that Larry has accidentally broken the gnome in Mrs. Poodle's garden, but he insists that he had nothing to do with that. Misha and friends put on their detective hats to figure out who the culprit was.

Howie has just invented a machine that makes him invisible...or so he thinks. But the invention doesn't work because everyone can see him. He doesn't know that, and since he thinks no one can see him he decides he's going to go to school in his bathing suit. When Misha learns that she rushes to warn him: "Howie, you're not invisible."

Grandad comes home pleased as can be, becauase he's just had an interview on the street which is going to be broadcast on TV. Together, the family arranges a little gathering at home and invites all the neighbors to the screening. Everyone is very excited. There's just one problem: when it's time for the show to start, the TV doesn't seem to be working.

Misha and her friends are kicking a ball around in the park, and it ends up rolling into the garden of a nearby abandoned house. The house is a little bit scary. Misha, feeling brave, goes into the garden to get the ball... but then she disappears from sight. Her friends decide to go searching for her, and discover that there is someone besides them in that house.

It snowed! It has finally snowed in Misha's neighborhood and Charley wants to make a snowman. But when the sun comes out the next day and warms things up, Charley's snowman starts to melt. What can they do to save the snowman, and keep Charley happy?

Misha's has to do a weekend photo report, to present in class on Monday. She's worried about it, and wants hers to be better than Carla Rabbit's. She spends the whole weekend suggesting different family activities she could photograph, but nothing turns out as planned.

The traditional neighborhood Christmas tree has been set up in the main square and the TV cameras are ready to cover the tree lighting event. But just when the switch is hit, a fuse blows and the lights don't go on. No one knows how to fix the problem, but Misha and her friends do everything in their powers to see that the Christmas tree gets lit.

Misha notices that her little brother is getting all of the attention at home. Her parents seem to be more involved with him than with her. But everything she does to get their attention, just seems to make matters worse.

It's snack time! Howie and Misha are in Larry's kitchen, and decide they want to make some popcorn. They're not careful of the amount of popcorn they put in the pan, though, and they put in enough corn kernels to fill the entire kitchen with popcorn. What a mess! They have to hurry and pick it all up before Larry's mother gets home.

It looks like it's going to be a nice day, so Misha and her family decide to go to the beach. But that's easier said than done! Unexpected things come up at the very last minute for each and every member of the family: Mom, Dad, Grandad, Grandma, Misha and Charlie.

Something is up at school. The teacher won't let the kids go out for recess and she's whispering with the other teachers. Worst of all: Misha and Larry saw their parents coming into the school. What could the kids have done wrong?

Charley can't sleep without his favorite stuffed bear and he takes it with him everywhere he goes. Today Charley went out with Misha and Mom and accidentally left his bear on the bench at the bus stop. Misha goes to the limits to find her brother's lost bear.

Misha and the gang have gone out to the woods to pick blackberries. They are so good at that, the forest is left stripped of berries, which they happily gobble up. The local baker, though, is very upset because the annual Blackberry Day will have to be cancelled if he can't make his blackberry pies. When Misha and her friends find out about that, they try to find a solution.

Everyone is ready for the annual school relay race. Everyone but Howie, that is...he's worried about it. He is not a great runner and he is afraid his team will lose because of him. He spends his time at night trying to create some special superfast running shoes. Misha doesn't want him to use them, though, because that would be cheating!

Howie takes a magician's bag over to Misha's house, so he can show them some magic tricks. He's a great magician! Everyone is thrilled with his tricks...until Charley disappears! Oh, no! Where is Misha's brother' Has he disappeared forever?

Misha and her friends have to take care of Charley while Mom goes out to do some errands. But that's easier said than done, because Charley is full of energy and feeling mischievous.

Larry and Misha find Mrs. Poodle's glasses on the ground in an empty lot in the neighborhood. When they get home Misha's parents warn the kids that the empty lot is under construction and dangerous, so no one is allowed in there. How are they going to get the glasses back to Mrs. Poodle without admitting that they had been on the empty lot?

Misha checks out some strange footprints in the snow. Everything suggests that they were left by the Yeti, the famous snow monster. The group carefully follows the footprints and ends up discovering what they really are.

Everyone is eager to get the latest card in a very special football card collection. The one who gets the card is Larry and suddenly everyone wants to be his best friend, including the gorillas. Larry ends up getting so friendly with the gorillas that he ignores his real best friends. But Misha quickly figures out that something is not right with this story.
