Most Haunted

Nearly 1,000 years of history has transpired within Berkley Castle's walls. However, it is the murder of King Edward II that features most in the annals of this great castle. It is believed that Edward met a violent end here at Berkley, and it is the ghost of this deposed king that Yvette and the team hope to find during their nocturnal investigation.

Constructed in the 1620's by George Calvert, Secretary of State to King James I, Kiplin Hall was originally built as a hunting lodge. With generations of landowners, workers and servants' lives revolving around this great hall, it's no surprise that Kiplin is said to be rife with unexplained paranormal phenomena. What lies in store for the "Most Haunted" team?

Built on the site of an old Roman fort, Carlisle Castle represents over nine centuries of military and royal activity on the Anglo-Scottish border. With so much suffering associated with the castle, it is hardly surprising that Carlisle evokes so many ghost stories. Will any of them visit Yvette and the team during their investigation?

Founded during the reign of Henry I as an Augustinian priory, this 12th century building is set by a bend in the River Coquet. The priory is said to be haunted by the ghosts of monks who lived and died there, and visions of a lady in white have been reported by the banks of the river. Will they greet the "Most Haunted" team during their investigation?

Standing on a secret site believed to have been once used by a Roman garrison, the woods have been associated with paranormal activity for many years. It was purportedly used for the dark arts of witchcraft and devil worship. With reports of hundreds of spirits lurking amongst the trees, what awaits the "Most Haunted" team in this most haunted of woods.

A Roman fort used to stand opposite the site, although the hall itself only dates to around 1600. Maesmawr Hall was initially a farmhouse, and was given to the Earl of Leicester as a hunting lodge by Elizabeth I. The ghostly figure of the Earl's white horse has been allegedly seen in nearby fields. The team investigates this hall, supposedly one of the most haunted properties in Wales.

This 19th century country mansion was built between 1810 and 1817 in the Greek Doric style. The entire house is unfurnished and maintained in a condition of benign decay. The echoes of children's voices are said to fill the empty rooms when night falls. Will they come to visit the "Most Haunted" team during their stay?

Standing on an ancient settlement, Gregynog Hall was built entirely of concrete in 1840. Guests of the hall tell of a large man accompanied by a faithful dog that loiters by the main entrance. A fearsome figure, believed to be the ghost of a servant, is also said to lurk in the cellar. Will the team meet this pair of spirits during their stay?

The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum opened in 1967. Its aim was to rescue crumbling buildings from the southeast of England. With mysterious footsteps heard and furniture said to move of its own accord, the buildings are believed to be haunted. Will the "Most Haunted" team experience any of these strange occurrences?

On their second night at the Weald and Downland Museum, the "Most Haunted" team tries to solve the mystery of the dark figure seen during their first night's investigation.
