Edmund Kemper is a serial slayer who cut short the lives of ten people over the course of almost a decade, during the 1960s and 1970s. Kemper can seem both approachable and easy-going, and unnervingly intimidating. He is well-known in the true crime community for the terror he caused - and his openness when speaking about his crimes.

When meek and shy 18-year-old Myra Hindley took a job with a wholesale chemical company named Millwards in January of 1961, she had no idea that the trajectory of her life was about to change drastically. She became infatuated with her co-worker, Ian Brady, and was soon drawn into his dark world of torture, perversion and horror.

When residents of Khersonskaya Street discovered the identity of the Bitsa Park Maniac in 2006, they were shocked. They couldn't comprehend the idea that their neighbour, Alexander Pichushkin, who they described as reserved, sensitive and polite, was a man capable of the murder of over 40 individuals over the span of five years.

It wasn't until 2002 that Robert Pickton, a humble farm worker bizarrely described as both "creepy" and "nice" stumbled onto the police's radar. Raiding his property, they discovered the DNA of numerous women, and Pickton was placed under arrest, charged and convicted of multiple murders.
