Michael lives a lonely existence. Since his Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis 20yrs ago he remained bitter and angry at the world until he forms an unlikely bond with new support worker, Ruth. The film tells the story of hope and friendship from multiple perspectives, and we see that not every reaction is what it first appears.
