Haleigh and Bryan deal with pregnancy problems and prepare for the baby, and Coco questions her relationship with boyfriend, Wil. Meanwhile, new roommates Lindsay and Krista bond during a night out in Las Vegas.

Virgin Alicia Jay goes on a first date, and Haleigh struggles to find maternity clothes. Then, Katja and Julie approach Julie's ex to donate sperm, and new roommates Lindsay and Krista butt heads over borrowing clothes.

Krista meets a love interest and upsets Lindsay with her comedy act, and Alicia Jay shops for lingerie. Meanwhile, Coco pursues other men despite Wil's objections, and Bryan worries about Haleigh's desire for a water birth.

Virgin Alicia Jay meets with a dating coach, and Katja and Julie prepare for insemination. Then, Lindsay meets a plastic surgeon to discuss her body issues, but Krista worries she isn't dealing with her real problems.

Krista suspects Lindsay has an alcohol problem and takes her to destruction therapy, and Katja and Julie visit a gym to get advice on exercise during pregnancy. Meanwhile, Haleigh and Bryan attend a birthing class.

Lindsay gets a surprise visit from her mom to cheer her up, and Haleigh and Bryan visit her parents only to get pressured into moving back home. Then, Katja and Julie find out if they are finally pregnant.

Krista moves out of her and Lindsay's apartment, and Alicia Jay goes to a singles mixer in search of virgins. Then, Katja and Julie wait for their pregnancy results, while Haleigh and Bryan bring home their new baby.
