Their themed restaurant is 'The Time Machine'. But will their haggis rissole starter, pheasant breast main and border tart desserts impress or underwhelm their dinner guests?
3. The Bonnie Tropicana
Tonight it's the turn of Fusion Friends Rebecca and Nansai from Edinburgh to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal to impress the judges and the rival teams in just seven hours. Rebecca and Nansai's restaurant theme is 'The Bonnie Tropicana'. But how will their Scottish-Caribbean fusion menu of haggis tropicana, Ashanti chicken and mango and raspberry cranachan go down?
4. The Gaelic Coast
Instead of hearing their marks at the end of the evening, the action switches to Kitchen Headquarters. Here, Michael and Prue give their feedback and scores to Paula and David for their three course meal. And they reveal who has scored the most points and won immunity, who has to fight again in a cook-off at Kitchen HQ, and which team has been eliminated.
5. Kitchen Headquarters
The highest scoring team of the week will win immunity and the lowest scoring team will be eliminated. The two middle scoring teams will have to cook off once more, observed by the immunity team. Michael and Prue will be joined by guest judge, the award-winning Scottish chef Jimmy Lee, who will also set one of the cooking challenges.
6. Mam 'n' Son
Tonight the 'Mam 'n' Son' team, Linda and Simon from Wakefield, kick off the first restaurant of the Northern region. They have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges to taste and critique. Their themed restaurant at home is 'Proper Yorkshire'.
7. Hunter Gatherers
Tonight the 'Hunter Gatherers' team, married couple Angela and Rob stage their themed restaurant at home. They have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges to taste and critique.
8. Syrian Siblings
Tonight the 'Syrian Siblings' team, big sister and younger brother Razan and Reda, stage their themed restaurant at the local college where Reda studies. The former refugees have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges to taste and critique.
9. Healthy Mummies
Tonight the 'Healthy Mummies', best friends Anna and Faye, stage their health-conscious restaurant at home in Harrogate. They have seven hours to shop, prep and cook for the rival teams and the judges.
10. Kitchen HQ
The team with the highest number of points from the week's restaurant contest win immunity to the next round. The teams in second and third place on the leaderboard will cook off against each other on the Kitchen HQ stations. The team with the lowest points will end their 'My Kitchen Rules' journey and be eliminated.
11. The Village Team
Tonight the 'Ladies of the Village' team, Catherine and Debbie, from the picture postcard village of Lasham in Hampshire, kick off the first restaurant of the Southern region. They have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges to taste and critique. Their Jane Austen inspired regency restaurant theme is 'Persuasion'.
12. Bollywood Spice
Tonight the 'Bollywood Spice' team, married couple Sarah and Ramjan, stage their themed restaurant at home. With just seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges, it's a mad dash to the shops and back to start the ball rolling.
13. Barbecue Buddies
Today it's the turn of Ben and Dan, the 'Barbecue Buddies'. The boys are workmates who promise to cook their three course restaurant standard meal on their barbecues outside. They have just seven hours to shop, prep and cook for their rival teams and the judges.
14. Country Couple
Today it's married couple Beverley and Sarah's turn to stage their themed restaurant at home. The 'Country Couple' team have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges. Their shopping trip is different to most; buying spring lamb direct from a local farmer and foraging nettles for their starter.
15. Kitchen Headquarters
With all four teams from the South having completed their themed restaurant at home, the competition now moves up a gear to Kitchen Headquarters where the scores will be revealed.
16. Food Fiances
Tonight 'Foodie Fiancés' Laura and Louis from Wales have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges. Their themed restaurant is 'Melin Drw' with a menu that celebrates the very best of Welsh produce. But will their Welsh Crab Ravioli starter, Rack of Lamb main and Poached Peaches with Raspberry Welshcake dessert impress their dinner guests
17. Inseparable Sisters
Tonight 'Inseparable Sisters' Thuy and Thu born and bred in Vietnam but living in Birmingham have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges.
18. Medical Mates
Tonight 'Medical Mates' Raechel and Andy from the Midlands have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges. Their themed restaurant titled 'The Bees Knees' is named after the gin based cocktail Bees Knees and is based on the 1920s Prohibition Era in New York City.
19. Nottingham Newlyweds
Tonight 'Nottingham Newlyweds' Karen and Alex from the Midlands have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges. At their themed restaurant 'The Green Wood' guests will be transported to Sherwood Forest with the hosts displaying their love for fine dining mixed with the earthy flavours of the forest.
20. Semi Final Group A
With all four teams from the Midlands and Wales region having completed their themed restaurant at home, the competition now moves up a gear to Kitchen Headquarters where the scores will be revealed.
21. The Farmer's Choice
At Kitchen HQ we're going al fresco for the first outdoor challenge. The eight strongest teams pack their pitch forks for a farmer's feast, cooking brunch for local farmers using fabulous local produce.
22. People's Choice Group A
