Preetham is disturbed by a nightmare in which he sees a beautiful woman transforming into a snake that bites him in the neck. A priest informs Mallika that a grave danger awaits Preetham if he isn't married before the age of twenty-five. The family must visit the dreaded Shivapura for his engagement ceremony. Mallika fears that Mahendra's evil deeds in the past will come back to haunt Preetham.

Preetham ventures out of the palace hoping to find a mobile phone signal. Instead, he follows a woman in the forest who looks exactly like the one from his nightmare. He pursues the woman without realising that she is a snake in human form. Is Preetham's life in danger?

While Preetham hangs precariously from a cliff, Shivani arrives just in time to save him. The following day, he obtains Shivani's address from the event manager and proceeds to thank her in person for saving his life. On the way through the forest, Preetham meets with an accident when he is distracted by a snake on his car's bonnet. Will he manage to meet Shivani?

Mallika obtains the holy ashes that can protect her family from the Nagakannike. During the engagement party, she accidentally spills the ashes on one of the dancers who happens to be a vengeful Shesha. Mallika notices a change on the dancer's skin and immediately follows her. She is astounded when the woman transforms into a snake before her very eyes. Have Mallika's worst fears come true?

The snake charmer captures Shesha after hypnotising her with his Pungi. A petrified Shesha transforms into a snake and tries to escape, but he injures her by repeatedly poking with a sharp object. While the family members watch in horror, Preetham returns to the palace and stops the snake charmer from killing the snake. How will Mallika react to Preetham's actions?

Shivani and Shesha defeat the snake charmer. Shivani then reveals the story of her childhood where her parents were murdered by Preetham's family members for the Nagamani. Before dying, Shivani's mother asks her to avenge their deaths and retrieve the Nagamani. Shesha and Shivani execute the next part of their plan which is to get into Preetham's house. Will their plan be successful?

Vikram makes a desperate attempt to get close to Shivani. He finds Shivani alone upstairs while everyone is busy partying and misbehaves with her. He chooses to ignore her repeated warnings and protests. Will Shivani reveal her true form to defend herself?

Mahendra is informed that his business partner and friend, Suri, cannot attend the wedding. Since all the flights from Canada are cancelled due to a hurricane, Mahendra decides to postpone Preetham's wedding until his friend comes to India. Will Mallika agree to his decision? How will Tanvi receive this change of plan?

Vikram continues to misbehave with Shivani and forces her to meet him in a hotel room. He threatens to release a video of her and Preetham if she refuses to comply. Annoyed with his vulgar advances, Shivani decides to teach him a lesson. How will she make Vikram regret his actions?

Shivani corners Vikram in the jungle and reveals her true identity before biting and injecting venom into his body. After being injured by the snakebite, Vikram runs back to the wedding hall and collapses in front of the shocked family members. Will Vikram survive? Will the family members go ahead with Preetham and Tanvi's wedding?

Mallika goes to Tanvi's room to take her for the wedding and she is shocked to see Shivani there. Shivani gives Tanvi's note to Mallika that states her reluctance to marry Preetham as her life will be in danger due to some fault in his birth chart. Shivani then proposes before Mallika that she is willing to marry Preetham to save Mallika's reputation and to return Preetham's favours to her.

Preetham confesses to Shivani that he has always wished to marry her. He pulls her into the moonlight to enjoy the scenic beauty and share a warm and intimate moment with her. Little does he know, however, that the full moon's light changes Shivani into a snake. Will Shivani reveal her truth?

Shivani recalls her mother's explanation about the loyalty of a Nagakannike to her husband. She finds herself on the horns of a dilemma because her life's mission is to kill Mahendra and his family members. Will Shivani be loyal to Preetham or avenge her parents' deaths?

After performing a ritual at the temple, Shivani seeks the blessings of a saint to accomplish her mission. On the contrary, the saint blesses her to live a happy life with her husband. Shivani is shocked but the saint believes that it is her destiny. Will Shivani accept the truth? What is her next move?

While the family celebrates Preetham's birthday, an envious Tanvi barges in and creates a scene. She blames Mallika for ruining her wedding to Preetham. But Mallika defends her actions and invalidates Tanvi's allegations. Tanvi then drags Shivani into the issue. How will she react?

At Preetham's birthday party, Amrutha performs a snake dance. Shivani's skin begins to change colour as soon as she hears the haunting melody. She excuses herself from the party and transforms into her snake form to shed the skin. Will the guests at the party catch Shivani in the act?

Shivani's serpent skin is found in the house. The priest tells that he will burn the skin, which will destroy the serpent in the house too. Shesha, who's in the temple, senses that Shivani's life is in danger and prays to Lord Shiva to protect Shivani. A sudden gust of wind blows away Shivani's shed skin. The priest then declares that only Guruma can save their home from the serpent now.

Mahendra and Mallika, along with Shivani and Divya, visit Guru Maa to know more about Nagakannike. Guru Maa reveals that Nagakannike is already very close to achieving her goal and unleashes an eagle to track her down. The eagle immediately heads towards Shivani and attacks her. Will she be caught? Can Guru Maa discover the true identity of Shivani?
